The audience was convinced that Cosimo Aureli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damiano Valente was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. When Nigel Moon came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Chiesa ITA fans jumped to their feet. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chiesa ITA reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristoforo Bellone to strike the kick off in the second half. Florian Del Gatto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute of the match, Nigel Moon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Damiano Valente was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cosimo Aureli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
