If Carmine Chizzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmine Chizzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21stth minute of the game Carmine Chizzo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiappa AFC's Comunardo Del Greco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eugenio Di Iulio charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Di Iulio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the match, Chiappa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Chizzo came free, but Comunardo Del Greco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Ferraris hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Blacktigers's Arrigo Improta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Blacktigers from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute Flavio Della Torre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Improta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmine Chizzo was the one to do the kick off. Antonio Piacente kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Chiappa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Contaldi to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Blacktigers's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Della Torre came free, but Arrigo Improta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blacktigers's Elia Campitelli got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Blacktigers's Alexander Sciamanna got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Della Torre in the 79th minute of play forced Blacktigers's goalkeeper Arrigo Improta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Flavio Della Torre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chiappa AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Flavio Della Torre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute, Flavio Della Torre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Improta was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With his leg Comunardo Del Greco managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Blacktigers's Carmine Chizzo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chiappa AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
