Chiappa AFC's Flavio Della Torre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Operário Sangérsolense. 27 minutes into the match, Operário Sangérsolense's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Della Torre came free, but Damiano Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes, Flavio Della Torre made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Operário Sangérsolense's Damiano Valente tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Damiano Valente came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Chiappa AFC's Flavio Della Torre. But to his dismay, Flavio Della Torre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristoforo Bellone made a kick off. Achille Contaldi struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Damiano Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiappa AFC. Damiano Valente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavio Della Torre in the 54th minute. The supporters of Chiappa AFC booed when Operário Sangérsolense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Falcone didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute of the match Bianco Alfani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damiano Valente skillfully saved the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Operário Sangérsolense's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Della Torre came free, but Damiano Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Operário Sangérsolense's Damiano Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Della Torre in the 71st minute of play. When Francesco Falcone fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Operário Sangérsolense's protests and gave Francesco Falcone a yellow card for diving instead. When Achille Contaldi came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Chiappa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Achille Contaldi couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Operário Sangérsolense's Damiano Valente got control of the ball when Achille Contaldi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Flavio Della Torre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Della Torre struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Damiano Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiappa AFC. If Achille Contaldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Aurelio Di Girolamo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chiappa AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Di Girolamo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damiano Valente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Achille Contaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francesco Falcone got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Operário Sangérsolense's Francesco Falcone got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute, Flavio Della Torre reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damiano Valente. The goal made the score 0-4.
