VAGISIL's Bianco Scarinci quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ferdinando Lemme, made in the 22nd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Caeiro in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Donnarumma saved VAGISIL from getting behind. Antonio Donnarumma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Cavallucci in the 27th minute of the match. Antonio Donnarumma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermanno Cavallucci's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Antonio Donnarumma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Cavallucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Cavallucci in the 44th minute of play forced VAGISIL's goalkeeper Antonio Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bombai Belen in the 47th minute of play forced Borbiago's goalkeeper Alfredo Barillari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Amerigo Scudieri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VAGISIL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borbiago the free kick. In the 51st minute, Amerigo Scudieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Ermanno Cavallucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Borbiago's Alfredo Barillari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bombai Belen in the 59th minute of play. Bombai Belen took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Barillari. Alfredo Barillari dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Pedro Caeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Donnarumma having to interfere. Pedro Caeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Donnarumma having to make a save. A collision led to Borbiago getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ferdinando Lemme hit a great ball. When Bombai Belen came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the VAGISIL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bombai Belen couldn't finish the play. VAGISIL's Antonio Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Cavallucci in the 86th minute of play. Alfredo Barillari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Scarinci in the 87th minute of the match. Pedro Caeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Attilio Piano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borbiago's supporters rose to their feet, but Attilio Piano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Donnarumma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, VAGISIL's goalkeeper Antonio Donnarumma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Caeiro.
