After a defensive mix-up in Ciaculali's zone, Ciro Silvi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Corleone came out of the goal and Ciro Silvi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Ciaculali defense, Avram Lucan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Corleone. The Ciaculali fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Corleone should have stopped the shot. Flacara Militari's Ciro Silvi got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Avram Lucan made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Corleone. Ciaculali's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Šair Lihovac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Simone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Flacara Militari's Christian Hansson got a free kick in the 28th minute. Ferruccio Sabatini charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferruccio Sabatini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes Ciaculali got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Sabatini. In the 35th minute, Ciro Silvi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dennis Corleone. The goal made the score 4-0. Filippo Passerini hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Dennis Corleone came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Flacara Militari's Franco Ranieri. But to his dismay, Franco Ranieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Hansson in the 60th minute of play forced Ciaculali's goalkeeper Dennis Corleone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Franco Ranieri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Corleone was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. 64 minutes into the match, Flacara Militari's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Simone came free, but Šair Lihovac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ciaculali booed when Flacara Militari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Axelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Ciaculali defense, Franco Ranieri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dennis Corleone. The Ciaculali fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dennis Corleone should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filippo Passerini during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 71st minute of the match Dennis Di Fonzo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Šair Lihovac skillfully saved the ball. Dennis Corleone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Silvi, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ciaculali's Dennis Corleone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Lucan in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Ciro Silvi notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Ciaculali's Dennis Corleone. Dennis Corleone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute of the game Dennis Di Fonzo made a throw-in which Daniele Riccitelli played forward. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Flacara Militari fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ciaculali had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
