After a rather tough play, Ciaculali's Fausto Simone got a free kick in the 9th minute. Cristiano Campoli in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dennis Corleone, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alessio Africano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Simone in the 14th minute of the match. Fortunato Ferrario hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cristiano Campoli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Dennis Corleone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dino Stellato got free with Dennis Corleone in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pergola FC were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Ciaculali's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karol Kaczanka took the corner. Alessio Africano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio Sabatini in the 34th minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Dino Stellato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pergola FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dino Stellato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alessio Africano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Simone in the 37th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Ciaculali got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Nazzaro.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Simone was the one to do the kick off. Cristiano Campoli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dennis Corleone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Simone in the 53rd minute of play forced Pergola FC's goalkeeper Alessio Africano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Corleone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Campoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Ferruccio Sabatini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Campoli in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Corleone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pergola FC were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Ciaculali's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karol Kaczanka took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Karol Kaczanka got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dennis Corleone quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dennis Corleone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Campoli's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Filippo Brini kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Fausto Simone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alessio Africano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferruccio Sabatini in the 73rd minute. Alessio Africano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ferruccio Sabatini showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 74 minute of play. After 78 played minutes Pergola FC got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Brini. Fausto Simone struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Alessio Africano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciaculali. Pergola FC's Alessio Africano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Nazzaro in the 89th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Ferruccio Sabatini could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Alessio Africano however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davide Buccella during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Pergola FC got a freekick which was hit by Davide Buccella. The Pergola FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Ciaculali to win.
