Porporana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermanno Bomba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ermanno Bomba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Armando De Lellis made a huge save. When Ermanno Bomba came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Suburra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermanno Bomba couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franco Granato during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a long run with the ball, Fabrizio Limitone did a trick in the 78th minute in front of Suburra's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-2.
