Amos Di Lello kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Donato Donadoni fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Corrado Taranto, passed just outside the right post. Flavio Rulli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Felice Granati tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carpiano's Felice Granati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Rulli in the 27th minute of play. After 34 minutes, Cosimo Gori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carpiano and the LaMafiaDellArdo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carpiano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! The referee gave LaMafiaDellArdo FC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antonio Scivittaro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Carpiano's Felice Granati. 0-2. When Federico Ciolli fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpiano's protests and gave Federico Ciolli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd minute, Federico Ciolli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ciro Di Loreto made the kick off in the second half. Flavio Rulli kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With his leg Felice Granati managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when LaMafiaDellArdo FC's Flavio Rulli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciro Di Loreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Donadoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Corrado Taranto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberigo Cipriani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felice Granati having to interfere. Flavio Rulli in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Felice Granati, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carpiano's Felice Granati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Cipriani in the 68th minute of play. Carpiano's Felice Granati proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Carpiano from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Carpiano getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Federico Ciolli hit a great ball. After 72 played minutes Antonio Scivittaro scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Felice Granati who was too lazy, 0-3. Carpiano's Federico Ciolli got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Federico Ciolli off the ground. After a rather tough play, Carpiano's Federico Ciolli got a free kick in the 75th minute. Alberigo Cipriani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felice Granati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Felice Granati was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberigo Cipriani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 78 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Rulli got free with Felice Granati in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Augusto Capobianco was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. Felice Granati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Moretti in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Alberigo Cipriani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Granati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felice Granati came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by LaMafiaDellArdo FC's Flavio Rulli. But to his dismay, Flavio Rulli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Donato Donadoni fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpiano's protests and gave Donato Donadoni a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of LaMafiaDellArdo FC booed when Carpiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Donadoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Flavio Rulli notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Carpiano's Felice Granati. Felice Granati was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle went the supporters of LaMafiaDellArdo FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Carpiano side.
