In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Mirano. Beppe Benedetti stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Florian Filice. 0-1. Fortunato Tripodi's late challenge caught a Mirano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fortunato Tripodi helped the player get up and apologised. Fortunato Tripodi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Dino Pellecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Tripodi in the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Grzegorz Rywin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scuola Calcio Spes's supporters rose to their feet, but Grzegorz Rywin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino Pellecchia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Pacella in the 40th minute of play forced Scuola Calcio Spes's goalkeeper Florian Filice to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grzegorz Rywin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Rywin in the 58th minute of play forced Mirano's goalkeeper Dino Pellecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mirano getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Comunardo Gismondi hit a great ball. Filippo Rosati took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Pellecchia. Dino Pellecchia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Cristoforo Montaldi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Grzegorz Rywin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dino Pellecchia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Rywin in the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Bernardo Lusi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dino Pellecchia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Mirano's zone, Grzegorz Rywin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Pellecchia came out of the goal and Grzegorz Rywin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94 played minutes Scuola Calcio Spes got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Rosati. When the referee ended the match the Scuola Calcio Spes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
