Ernesto Contaldi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Biagio Giacomini made the kick off in the second half. Donato Sangermano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Bordon having to interfere. Mo Scapuocchij's Ernesto Contaldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Giacomini in the 59th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Mo Scapuocchij got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Di Fiore. Eugenio Corvo charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Corvo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 66 minutes into the game, Mo Scapuocchij's Miroslav Klose nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernesto Contaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Giacomini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Talamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bruno Talamo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paltana AFCa were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Mo Scapuocchij to leave the ground with a draw.
