Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Biagio Giacomini took the kick off in the first half of the match. Davide Bordon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Corrado Giovannelli. In the 14th minute, Antonio Scivittaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Pelati kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Flavio Rulli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LaMafiaDellArdo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Rulli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 minutes, Beppe Di Nardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LaMafiaDellArdo FC and the Paltana AFCa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Davide Bordon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Rulli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Flavio Rulli managed to get in a good position for a shot. LaMafiaDellArdo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Rulli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Davide Bordon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Rulli got free with Davide Bordon in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Pelati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Bordon having to interfere. After the first half Paltana AFCa were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberigo Cipriani to strike the kick off in the second half. Emiliano De Lucia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Taranto having to interfere. When Alexander Lauria fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paltana AFCa's protests and gave Alexander Lauria a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, LaMafiaDellArdo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amedeo Moretti to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match, Eugenio Corvo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Corrado Taranto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Paltana AFCa's zone, Flavio Rulli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davide Bordon came out of the goal and Flavio Rulli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Paltana AFCa's Biagio Giacomini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Corrado Taranto. That made the score 0-2 after 85 minutes of play. Carter Vianello hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Corrado Taranto made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Eugenio Corvo sent off a good shot on target. Paltana AFCa's Davide Bordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Cipriani in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Paltana AFCa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
