Enrico De Bartolo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Crosta in the 13th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tal Heggit sped through Ancona's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrico De Bartolo. Camillo Costanzo charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camillo Costanzo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 played minutes Ancona got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Costanzo. Tal Heggit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the game, Tal Heggit lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Enrico De Bartolo. Camillo Costanzo got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Camillo Costanzo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tal Heggit in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrico De Bartolo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the game, Francesco Spitaleri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ancona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maci FC the free kick. Francesco Spitaleri kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Enrico De Bartolo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conan Scholes in the 36th minute. Tal Heggit took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico De Bartolo. Enrico De Bartolo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ancona's zone, Conan Scholes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrico De Bartolo came out of the goal and Conan Scholes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 43 played minutes Ancona got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Di Lillo. After 44 played minutes, Maci FC's Davide Pinti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enrico De Bartolo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maci FC reached it. Tal Heggit succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francesco Spitaleri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Tal Heggit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ancona's Enrico De Bartolo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 minutes, Tal Heggit made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ancona's Enrico De Bartolo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Conan Scholes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Ancona:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maci FC:s goal. The referee gave Maci FC a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alessandro Romagnoli, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ancona's Enrico De Bartolo. 9-0. After some careless play in the Ancona defense, Bruno Aversano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrico De Bartolo. The Ancona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enrico De Bartolo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Bruno Aversano put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Enrico De Bartolo. Bruno Aversano took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico De Bartolo. Enrico De Bartolo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Francesco Spitaleri hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Davide Pinti came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Maci FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davide Pinti couldn't finish the play. Bruno Aversano scored 13-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrico De Bartolo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enrico De Bartolo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Aversano went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 15-0 was the resulting score. After 94 minutes, Bruno Aversano made it 16-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ancona's Enrico De Bartolo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bruno Aversano took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico De Bartolo. Enrico De Bartolo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 17-0. Enrico De Bartolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Aversano, who was totally free with the ball in the 101st minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maci FC fully deserved thier win.
