In the 15th minute Xosepin Amer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio De Bettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Kazimir Vrebac made a precise shot to the right of Flavio De Bettin. Esse Trento's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Flavio De Bettin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Pastor Cilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Fortunato Basilico made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Esse Trento's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Trotta came free, but Flavio De Bettin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio De Bettin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfredo Trotta went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Esse Trento's Flavio De Bettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Prata in the 38th minute of play. A well done corner resulted in Alex Grieco drilling the ball in to score 0-6 behind Esse Trento's goalkeeper. Flavio De Bettin came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by A.C. MILANS's Lucas Prata. But to his dismay, Lucas Prata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After the first half A.C. MILANS were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 50th match minute, A.C. MILANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Grieco to maneuver through the defense. Flavio De Bettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimir Vrebac, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimir Vrebac in the 55th minute of play forced Esse Trento's goalkeeper Flavio De Bettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Esse Trento's protests and gave Andrea Di Marco a yellow card for diving instead. Andrea Di Marco hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Flavio De Bettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 91 played minutes Esse Trento got a freekick which was hit by Raí Bezerra. Flavio De Bettin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arrigo Orrore in the 95th minute. Mouloud Mouzaoui was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 95th minute of the game. One of A.C. MILANS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Esse Trento:s goal.
