Spectators: 8016 (Terracing: 6014, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ernesto Di Lillo started the match with the kick off. Enrico De Bartolo made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Comunardo Toccaceli sent off a good shot on target. If Dave Cara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes, Dave Cara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ancona and the E.C. 95 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ancona's Dave Cara got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Edoardo Serafini lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Enrico De Bartolo. Enrico De Bartolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Serafini, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Edoardo Serafini succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Comunardo Toccaceli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrico De Bartolo came out and tried to block the shot, but Comunardo Toccaceli slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 28th minute. Federico Di Bernardo charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Federico Di Bernardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, Federico Di Bernardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Spitaleri in the 39th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edoardo Serafini to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Comunardo Toccaceli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C. 95's supporters crossed their fingers, but Comunardo Toccaceli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Serafini in the 64th minute of play forced Ancona's goalkeeper Enrico De Bartolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Edoardo Serafini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enrico De Bartolo. Ancona's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edoardo Serafini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 72nd minute, Fortunato Giusto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind E.C. 95's goalkeeper Bruno Contestabile, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francesco Spitaleri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bruno Contestabile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edoardo Serafini scored 8-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrico De Bartolo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, E.C. 95's Bruno Contestabile got control of the ball when Dave Cara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Enrico De Bartolo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C. 95's Comunardo Toccaceli. But to his dismay, Comunardo Toccaceli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. E.C. 95's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
