Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fortunato Giusto kicked off to start the match. When Ferruccio De Zorzi fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tessello's protests and gave Ferruccio De Zorzi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tessello's Ferruccio De Zorzi got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Comunardo Toccaceli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amedeo De Vecchis skillfully saved the ball. Tessello's Amedeo De Vecchis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Giusto in the 8th minute of play. Amedeo De Vecchis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Giusto in the 11th minute of play. Bruno Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Cappucci in the 15th minute of play. Bruno Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Raniolo in the 19th minute of play. Corrado Tozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Amedeo De Vecchis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Comunardo Toccaceli, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Carter Finocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bruno Contestabile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edoardo Raniolo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 33 minutes on the clock, Ferruccio De Zorzi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tessello! E.C. 95's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dennis Bonanni 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After a rather tough play, E.C. 95's Ennio Ali got a free kick in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dennis Bonanni made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corrado Tozzi got free with Amedeo De Vecchis in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, E.C. 95's Fortunato Giusto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amedeo De Vecchis. Amedeo De Vecchis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Carter Finocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carter Finocchi in the 61st minute of play forced E.C. 95's goalkeeper Bruno Contestabile to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute of the match, Fortunato Giusto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amedeo De Vecchis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 69 minutes into the game, Edoardo Raniolo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tessello's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E.C. 95 the free kick. In the 69th minute, Edoardo Raniolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carter Finocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bruno Contestabile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Bonanni in the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Fortunato Giusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo De Vecchis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 minutes, Cesare Pozzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tessello and the E.C. 95 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Alberigo Cappucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberigo Cappucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Contestabile having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, E.C. 95's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Bonanni came free, but Bruno Contestabile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Contestabile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Finocchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Tessello manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing E.C. 95 to win.
