The supporters of Santa Filomenna booed when Bisturi F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Marcelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Daniele Piccirilli made a precise shot to the right of Dino Del Nero. Santa Filomenna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Bisturi F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Serra came free, but Emanuele Donadoni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Del Nero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosimo Gaeta went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 24 minutes into the match, Santa Filomenna's goalkeeper Dino Del Nero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniele Piccirilli. Daniele Piccirilli took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dino Del Nero. Dino Del Nero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Santa Filomenna's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Daniele Piccirilli 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. In the 35th minute, Cosimo Gaeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Bisturi F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosimo Gaeta to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Vulcano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Dario Marcelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Piccirilli in the 44th minute of play forced Santa Filomenna's goalkeeper Dino Del Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Attilio Grande to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Santa Filomenna got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Santini. Dino Del Nero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Piccirilli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Daniele Piccirilli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dino Del Nero was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Piccirilli in the 63rd minute of play forced Santa Filomenna's goalkeeper Dino Del Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anfilogino Serra might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuele Donadoni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anfilogino Serra ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Santa Filomenna getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fortunato Santini hit a great ball. Daniele Piccirilli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dino Del Nero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Ferdinando Palma kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 90 minutes, Amos Fata mouthed his way into the referee's book.
