In the 14th match minute, Phenomena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Pascucci to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Arturo Tundo in the 15th minute really tested Donato Russi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 17thth minute of the game Andon Hristovski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Milazzo's Demetrio Scibilia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Demetrio Scibilia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andon Hristovski in the 18th minute of the match. The corner ended in Andon Hristovski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atletico Milazzo's Demetrio Scibilia did a great save. Demetrio Scibilia came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Phenomena's Andon Hristovski. But to his dismay, Andon Hristovski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Phenomena getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Arrigo Pascucci hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Phenomena's goalkeeper Donato Russi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damiano Tristezza. In the 45th match minute, Phenomena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Di Paola to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andon Hristovski made a kick off. Demetrio Scibilia made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Şahin Israfilov sent off a good shot on target. Armin Petricca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atletico Milazzo's Demetrio Scibilia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andon Hristovski in the 62nd minute of play. Demetrio Scibilia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andon Hristovski in the 64th minute of play. Demetrio Scibilia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andon Hristovski in the 65th minute of the match. Phenomena's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 79 minutes into the game, Atletico Milazzo's Armin Petricca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Russi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Phenomena's Amedeo Rizzo was substituted for Andon Hristovski. In the 84th minute, Damiano Tristezza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Rizzo in the 86th minute of play forced Atletico Milazzo's goalkeeper Demetrio Scibilia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Atletico Milazzo's Armin Petricca made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Russi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donato Russi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Petricca in the 90th minute of play. Phenomena's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
