But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesare Padula couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Torino FC booed when Trivella AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Gaudino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torino FC's Carter Busillo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Carter Busillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes Trivella AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cesare Padula. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedele Di Lorenzo in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felice Giansante prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felice Giansante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Azzolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Fedele Di Lorenzo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felice Giansante was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Fedele Di Lorenzo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felice Giansante having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesare Padula to make the kick off. In the 60th match minute, Torino FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Azzolina to maneuver through the defense. Felice Giansante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedele Di Lorenzo in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Carter Busillo took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Felice Giansante to make any attempt to save it. Enzo Azzolina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felice Giansante came out and tried to block the shot, but Enzo Azzolina slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 84th minute. Enzo Azzolina scored 0-9 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felice Giansante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfonso Mazzetti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felice Giansante came out and tried to block the shot, but Alfonso Mazzetti slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 96th minute. When the match was over Torino FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trivella AFC throughout the match.
