Aldo Cristofari came out of the goal and Demetrio Santo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Alessio Imperatrice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C SAN LORENZO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessio Imperatrice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedriano's Alexander Mandelli got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Cilli was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alexander Mandelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Pedriano's Demetrio Santo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Cristofari made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 35th minute, Federico Cilli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Corrado Di Febo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alessio Imperatrice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alessio Imperatrice could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Concetto Piattelli made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessio Imperatrice got free with Concetto Piattelli in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Pedriano's Corrado Di Febo got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Cilli in the 46th minute of play forced Pedriano's goalkeeper Concetto Piattelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The F.C SAN LORENZO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pedriano were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Mandelli to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes F.C SAN LORENZO got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Muzzolon. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Demetrio Santo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Cristofari saved F.C SAN LORENZO from getting behind. Concetto Piattelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Cilli in the 59th minute of the match. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pedriano's goalkeeper Concetto Piattelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th match minute, Pedriano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corrado Di Febo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Pedriano's zone, Federico Cilli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Piattelli came out of the goal and Federico Cilli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Di Iorio kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Alexander Mandelli came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aldo Cristofari could save by the left post. Aldo Cristofari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Mandelli in the 77th minute. A collision led to F.C SAN LORENZO getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Federico Cilli hit a great ball. If Alexander Mandelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Concetto Piattelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Pedriano booed when F.C SAN LORENZO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Di Iorio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
