Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iordache Chiuzbaian got the match started through his kick off. Iordache Chiuzbaian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermanno Di Natale having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, FC SPORTING GENZANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia Caroselli to maneuver through the defense. Ermanno Di Natale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Chiuzbaian in the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Alfredo Cavallucci dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Soulis Vaggelis, 1-0. With an all-out effort, FC SPORTING GENZANO's Soulis Vaggelis threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Cavallucci, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 23 minutes into the match, Fabio Barberio notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Pescara Calcio's Soulis Vaggelis. Soulis Vaggelis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, Donato Tenaglia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermanno Di Natale. FC SPORTING GENZANO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donato Tenaglia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ermanno Di Natale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Chiuzbaian, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to FC SPORTING GENZANO getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Elia Caroselli hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Iordache Chiuzbaian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pescara Calcio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Pescara Calcio's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Anfilogino Valeriani scored to the left of an out of position Soulis Vaggelis, making the score, 4-3. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredo Cavallucci to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58thth minute of the game Iordache Chiuzbaian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC SPORTING GENZANO's Ermanno Di Natale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Soulis Vaggelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Del Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Venditti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Iordache Chiuzbaian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pescara Calcio's supporters rose to their feet, but Iordache Chiuzbaian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermanno Di Natale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iordache Chiuzbaian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermanno Di Natale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Alfredo Cavallucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soulis Vaggelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Pescara Calcio's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Cavallucci came free, but Soulis Vaggelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Di Natale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Chiuzbaian in the 76th minute of play. Pescara Calcio's Soulis Vaggelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Del Monte in the 77th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angelo Venditti during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angelo Venditti hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Pescara Calcio's Soulis Vaggelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Cavallucci in the 84th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pescara Calcio booed when FC SPORTING GENZANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Guidoni didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 played minutes, FC SPORTING GENZANO's Anfilogino Cilli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Soulis Vaggelis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC SPORTING GENZANO reached it. Soulis Vaggelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Cavallucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Pescara Calcio players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC SPORTING GENZANO from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
