Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iordache Chiuzbaian in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuele Aversano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, Ceresāo's goalkeeper Emanuele Aversano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Di Piazza. Iordache Chiuzbaian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Emanuele Aversano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 30th match minute, Pescara Calcio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Di Piazza to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ceresāo's Changeez Zeballos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Alexander Miccio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Iordache Chiuzbaian dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuele Aversano, 1-0. Emanuele Aversano was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Davide Di Piazza. Emanuele Aversano came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Pescara Calcio's Iordache Chiuzbaian. But to his dismay, Iordache Chiuzbaian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

The wind increased when Iordache Chiuzbaian made the kick off in the second half. Iordache Chiuzbaian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuele Aversano having to make a save. Emanuele Aversano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide Di Piazza in the 61st minute of the match. When Pescara Calcio's Iordache Chiuzbaian in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ceresāo's goalie prevented a goal. Davide Di Piazza took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuele Aversano. Emanuele Aversano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ceresāo's goalkeeper Emanuele Aversano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Davide Di Piazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ceresāo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Davide Di Piazza was slow to take the kick. During this time Pescara Calcio's players had a chance to rest. Emanuele Aversano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Di Piazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to Pescara Calcio getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Anthony Rubini hit a great ball. Ceresāo's Christian Ascoli quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alessandro Cacciatore, made in the 87th minute of the game.
