In the 32nd match minute, La Brasserie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Santovito to maneuver through the defense. La Brasserie's Frank Nicolai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Campo in the 42nd minute of play. In the 48th minute Antonio Luciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Nicolai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as SURSUM CORDA F.C.'s Anthony Tartaglia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Frank Nicolai. That made the score 0-8 after 56 minutes of play. La Brasserie's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Antonio Luciano scored to the left of an out of position Frank Nicolai, making the score, 0-9. After a rather tough play, SURSUM CORDA F.C.'s Achille Lemme got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 71 minutes into the match, La Brasserie's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Luciano came free, but Frank Nicolai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Luciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Frank Nicolai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Campo in the 76th minute of play forced La Brasserie's goalkeeper Frank Nicolai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Concetto Campo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Nicolai. La Brasserie's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Concetto Campo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. 87 minutes into the game, Cosimo Florio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SURSUM CORDA F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Brasserie the free kick. Cosimo Florio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 0-13 became the score in the 92nd minute when Concetto Campo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Luciano in the 95th minute of play forced La Brasserie's goalkeeper Frank Nicolai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96thth minute of the game Antonio Luciano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Brasserie's Frank Nicolai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Alessandro Franzioni fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Brasserie's protests and gave Alessandro Franzioni a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La Brasserie getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Alessandro Franzioni hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded SURSUM CORDA F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Brasserie.
