The Dorika AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Modrzewski should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute of the match Gaztea Mendez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerzy Modrzewski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Valerio in the 22nd minute of play forced Dorika AFC's goalkeeper Jerzy Modrzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The DESTROYER fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when DESTROYER's Ferruccio Valerio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 25 minutes into the game, Ferruccio Valerio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. The referee showed Ferruccio De Vecchis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dorika AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Telo made a kick off. In the 52nd minute DESTROYER were awarded a corner. Domenico Masciarelli went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led DESTROYER's Ferruccio Valerio to fire away a dangerous shot which Jerzy Modrzewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Danny Howarth kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jerzy Modrzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Valerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Mazzini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jefferson Perez ran back to his position shaking his head. DESTROYER's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
