To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Cara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Parco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th match minute, SOLO INTER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Sammartino to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Bruno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Bertini in the 21st minute of play. Filippo Del Duca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Corrado Fulgenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Bertini struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Ettore Bruno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SOLO INTER. In the 31st minute, Emiliano Bertini fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ettore Bruno, passed just outside the right post. Ettore Bruno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Bertini, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. With a little luck, ForzaToro's Ettore Bruno got control of the ball when Corrado Fulgenzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to SOLO INTER getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Beppe Frasca hit a great ball. Beppe Frasca hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corrado Fulgenzi got free with Ettore Bruno in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emiliano Bertini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Corrado Fulgenzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot by Cristiano Sartori from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Antonio Cara's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. ForzaToro's Ettore Bruno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corrado Fulgenzi in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes, ForzaToro's Ercole Cavallaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Antonio Cara came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ForzaToro reached it. 60 minutes into the match, Filippo Del Duca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonio Cara, 1-1. Elia Bottega hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Dave Di Maio kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, ForzaToro's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Bertini came free, but Ettore Bruno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, SOLO INTER's Emiliano Bertini made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ettore Bruno was left in no man's land by his defense there! SOLO INTER's Emiliano Bertini got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute Beppe Frasca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Bruno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SOLO INTER's Corrado Fulgenzi got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emiliano Bertini struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Ettore Bruno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SOLO INTER. In the 84th minute, Corrado Fulgenzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ettore Bruno was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Beppe Frasca kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Emiliano Bertini managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOLO INTER's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Bertini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ettore Bruno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corrado Fulgenzi in the 91st minute of play forced ForzaToro's goalkeeper Ettore Bruno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Corrado Fulgenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SOLO INTER's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
