In the 26th minute, Carmine Saturno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emiliano Moscatelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 29th minute Aldo Padula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Carmine Saturno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Carmine Saturno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 played minutes Academy Corvo FC got a freekick which was hit by Donato Vittorio. After 38 minutes of play, Rombiolo BR's Federico Schiacciacasse made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Moscatelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Academy Corvo FC's Emilio Grassi threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Concetto Ferraro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Academy Corvo FC's Dave Ascoli got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Carmine Saturno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Concetto Ferraro made a kick off. Biagio Chioda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Francesco Melfi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. 94 minutes into the match, Academy Corvo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulvio Piccone came free, but Emiliano Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rombiolo BR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
