Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Proietto in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Moscatelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emiliano Moscatelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bianco Verna went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Alfonso Proietto put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emiliano Moscatelli. 34 minutes into the game, Alex Morandin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academy Corvo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spirito Vincente the free kick. A collision led to Academy Corvo FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Alex Morandin hit a great ball. Alfonso Proietto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Emiliano Moscatelli made a huge save. Emiliano Moscatelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonso Proietto's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Alfonso Proietto lined in a short shot 4-1 behind a frustrated Emiliano Moscatelli. Emiliano Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Malatesta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Masciarelli made a kick off. After 55 minutes of play, Spirito Vincente's Alfonso Proietto made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Moscatelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Anselmo Masciarelli came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Academy Corvo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Masciarelli couldn't finish the play. If Eraldo Malatesta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Academy Corvo FC's zone, Enrico Nelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Moscatelli came out of the goal and Enrico Nelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfonso Proietto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Alfonso Proietto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spirito Vincente's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Proietto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Moscatelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bianco Verna's late challenge caught a Academy Corvo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bianco Verna helped the player get up and apologised. Bianco Verna kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Alex Morandin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Alfonso Proietto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Moscatelli was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Daniele Vitucci kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. 86 minutes into the game, Enrico Nelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Emiliano Moscatelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Anselmo Masciarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bianco Verna was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th match minute, Spirito Vincente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bianco Verna to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Spirito Vincente were the better team. Spirito Vincente's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
