Sacconago's supporters rose to their feet, but Florent Guilmin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogério Mitovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Radowit Gongola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Sacconago getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. With a left leg Radowit Gongola saved Sacconago from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Armin Berardini notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sacconago's Radowit Gongola. Radowit Gongola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tony Rosa got free with Radowit Gongola in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Radowit Gongola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armin Berardini in the 97th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. San Mauro A Mare FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
