Spectators: 7261 (Terracing: 5961, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 100) After having played for 4 minutes, Domenico Rotondi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Virgiliana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domenico Rotondi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute of the match Juventus FC got a corner. Virgiliana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulvis Vecgalis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Filippo Santoro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Iban Vallejo took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniele Aquilino. Daniele Aquilino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Virgiliana getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jesus Araoz hit a great ball. The supporters of Virgiliana booed when Juventus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Campo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Iban Vallejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniele Aquilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrico Giorda kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Fabiano Ragazzoni threw the ball into play from the sideline. Virgiliana's Beppe Pellicciotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 40th minute, Iban Vallejo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Virgiliana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Campo to make the kick off. When Jesus Araoz came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Virgiliana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Araoz couldn't finish the play. In the 55th match minute, Virgiliana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Polmone to maneuver through the defense. Ernesto Campo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ernesto Oroni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iban Vallejo took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniele Aquilino. Daniele Aquilino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Enrico Giorda kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Virgiliana's Ernesto Oroni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulvis Vecgalis in the 68th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Alberigo Iachini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jesus Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ulvis Vecgalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iban Vallejo came free, but Daniele Aquilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 88th minute of the game was made by Fabiano Ragazzoni with Ulvis Vecgalis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Daniele Aquilino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iban Vallejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgiliana walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
