The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Sativa Team's Concetto Puce got a free kick in the 5th minute. Comunardo Buccella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Di Felice in the 6th minute of the match. A collision led to Sativa Team getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Bernardo Caracciolo hit a great ball. Alessandro Bosco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th minute, Per-Filip Bringedal made a precise shot to the right of Comunardo Buccella. Sativa Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Bosco in the 20th minute of play forced Saima FC's goalkeeper Dario Apolloni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sativa Team's Alessandro Bosco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dario Apolloni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Alessandro Tacco fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saima FC's protests and gave Alessandro Tacco a yellow card for diving instead. Alessandro Tacco hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute, Bernardo Caracciolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Filip Bringedal kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Saima FC's Dario Apolloni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Bosco in the 54th minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Alessandro Bosco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dario Apolloni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Concetto Puce scored 3-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Apolloni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dario Apolloni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Bosco, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Khairil Chuan during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 89 minutes, Bernardo Caracciolo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sativa Team and the Saima FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernardo Caracciolo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Alessandro Bosco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Apolloni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Bosco took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Apolloni. Dario Apolloni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sativa Team had won after a very even match.
