Donato Fagnani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Bevilacqua in the 6th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Atletico SaraiTu got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Tamburrini. Donato Fagnani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Bevilacqua, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Tik Tok Challenger's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Bassi came free, but Antonello Mattioli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonello Mattioli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Tamburrini in the 17th minute of play. Emiliano Rocco scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Fagnani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Oddi in the 32nd minute of play forced Tik Tok Challenger's goalkeeper Antonello Mattioli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Bevilacqua was the one to do the kick off. Ermanno Tamburrini scored 1-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonello Mattioli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 59 played minutes Atletico SaraiTu got a freekick which was hit by Davide Basilico. Alberto Bevilacqua, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Tik Tok Challenger's Dino Piccoli got a free kick in the 65th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Fausto Buffone put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Atletico SaraiTu a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Federico Azzolina, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tik Tok Challenger's Antonello Mattioli. 1-3. Antonello Mattioli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabrizio Oddi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 74 minute of play. Ermanno Tamburrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Antonello Mattioli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elia Tullo's late challenge caught a Tik Tok Challenger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elia Tullo helped the player get up and apologised. Emiliano Rocco struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Donato Fagnani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tik Tok Challenger. In the 86th minute, Fabrizio Oddi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonello Mattioli was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beppe Galdi got free with Antonello Mattioli in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Emiliano Rocco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dino Piccoli hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Oddi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonello Mattioli. Fabrizio Oddi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermanno Tamburrini got free with Antonello Mattioli in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atletico SaraiTu played a much better game than Tik Tok Challenger and deserved their victory. The Tik Tok Challenger players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
