Ermanno Tamburrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Oddi in the 14th minute of play forced Vigarano Pieve AFC's goalkeeper Elia De Lucia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 18 minutes on the clock, Domenico Paglione commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Atletico SaraiTu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Donato Fagnani, was totally fooled by Vigarano Pieve AFC's Enzo Mantini, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Donato Fagnani was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Ermanno Proietti capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ermanno Proietti really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When Vigarano Pieve AFC's Ernesto Rivera in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Atletico SaraiTu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vigarano Pieve AFC the free kick. After 27 played minutes Atletico SaraiTu got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Bassi. In the 28th minute, Ernesto Rivera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vigarano Pieve AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. From close distance Ernesto Rivera pressed in the 4-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 31 minutes into the game. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ernesto Rivera put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Donato Fagnani. 42 minutes into the game, Ernesto Rivera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Fagnani. Ernesto Rivera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Ernesto Rivera in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Donato Fagnani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Atletico SaraiTu defense, Ernesto Rivera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Fagnani. The Atletico SaraiTu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Fagnani should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ermanno Tamburrini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ernesto Rivera in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donato Fagnani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute Ernesto Rivera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Fagnani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Rivera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donato Fagnani was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Donato Fagnani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Rivera's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Vigarano Pieve AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
