Filippo Pinti struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Christian Bulla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Novara AFC GOOOOOAL. Real Vasto Napoli's Christian Bulla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ąžuolas Tolvaiša in the 46th minute of play. Christian Bulla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Guerra in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Novara AFC GOOOOOAL were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Corrado Carlini was the one to do the kick off. The referee gave Davide De Lellis a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Davide De Lellis hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corrado Carlini in the 82nd minute of play forced Real Vasto Napoli's goalkeeper Christian Bulla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Novara AFC GOOOOOAL's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
