In the 14th match minute, Pisaurum Ps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno De Gregorio to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute Demetrio Albanesi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wally Hightower saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Demetrio Albanesi took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wally Hightower. Wally Hightower dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 22 minutes into the game, Pisaurum Ps's Antonello Marzulli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wally Hightower made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony Chiola in the 25th minute of play forced Leonzio's goalkeeper Wally Hightower to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
