Emanuele Colasante started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Leonzio defense, Hans Hersig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wally Hightower. The Leonzio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wally Hightower should have stopped the shot. Biagio Minati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Colasante, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11th match minute, Leonzio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eraldo Vida to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Leonzio's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Romano came free, but Wally Hightower reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Federico Sartori got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute Beppe Muzzolon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wally Hightower saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beppe Muzzolon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wally Hightower having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, ALBEMA F.C.'s Hans Hersig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wally Hightower narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wally Hightower didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans Hersig went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Wally Hightower stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Hersig's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Wally Hightower showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Sartori, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 42nd match minute, ALBEMA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Hersig to maneuver through the defense. Wally Hightower showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Hersig in the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Hersig made a kick off. With a little luck, Leonzio's Wally Hightower got control of the ball when Federico Sartori tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wally Hightower showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Hersig, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Federico Sartori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wally Hightower read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Corrado Del Duca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Wally Hightower successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Hans Hersig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Emanuele Colasante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Minati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wally Hightower came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by ALBEMA F.C.'s Hans Hersig. But to his dismay, Hans Hersig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 81 minutes into the match, Diego Rosetta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Biagio Minati. ALBEMA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Rosetta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 88th minute Eugeniusz Skaradowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Minati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Leonzio's zone, Hans Hersig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wally Hightower came out of the goal and Hans Hersig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Corrado Del Duca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ALBEMA F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
