The SilentTeam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Di Lorenzo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Piccoli in the 15th minute of play forced Real Aquino's goalkeeper Diego Kimetz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SilentTeam's zone, Fabrizio Placidi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Di Lorenzo came out of the goal and Fabrizio Placidi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alessandro Tenaglia hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Fabrizio Placidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25th play minutes Augusto Parente shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Bernardo Di Lorenzo and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in SilentTeam's zone, Augusto Parente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Di Lorenzo came out of the goal and Augusto Parente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filippo Cremonese could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Diego Kimetz made a huge save. Diego Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Piccoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Fedele Feliziani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diego Kimetz, 1-3. Bernardo Di Lorenzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Parente went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Diego Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Tenaglia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Piccoli to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adriano Simeoni during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Attilio Capobianco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. After 67 played minutes SilentTeam got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Cremonese. In the 69th minute, Fabrizio Placidi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Parente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Aquino's Antonello Rivera shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernardo Di Lorenzo but with some difficulty. Bernardo Di Lorenzo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augusto Parente went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. Domenico Santarelli's late challenge caught a SilentTeam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domenico Santarelli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SilentTeam booed when Real Aquino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domenico Santarelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Filippo Cremonese's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Kimetz was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Bernardo Di Lorenzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Placidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Augusto Parente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Di Lorenzo. SilentTeam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Parente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-7. Ferruccio Pilla charged in rather forcefully in the 98th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferruccio Pilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 97 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SilentTeam!
