In the 7th minute, Amerigo Dominici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cesare Di Felice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, A.c. Lucia's Elia Potenza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Cipollone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The corner ended in Damiano Malvezzi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but A.c. Lucia's Bruno Campoli did a great save. When Anfilogino Morini came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the A.c. Lucia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anfilogino Morini couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Elia Potenza managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.c. Lucia's supporters rose to their feet, but Elia Potenza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Cipollone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Alessio Iezzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Cipollone was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elia Potenza was the one to do the kick off. Elia Potenza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Cipollone having to make a save. Cesare Di Felice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Bruno Campoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Elia Potenza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fausto Cipollone, 0-4. Federico Florio hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Elia Potenza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fausto Cipollone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atlético Tigre's Fausto Cipollone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Iezzi in the 96th minute of play. The Club Atlético Tigre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A.c. Lucia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
