The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide Cavaliere got free with Anthony Lusi in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anthony Lusi made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Davide Cavaliere sent off a good shot on target. Eugenio Schirru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Ceccon in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Apocalypto getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Daniele Di Sante hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes, Biancanigo AFC's Bianco Ceccon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eugenio Schirru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Biancanigo AFC reached it. After 22 minutes of play, Biancanigo AFC's Bianco Ceccon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Schirru was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 26 in the game by Davide Cavaliere from a close distance when the talented Anthony Lusi managed to make a qualified save. Biancanigo AFC's players were relieved. Silvio Frisco hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Biancanigo AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Silvio Frisco hit a great ball. Eugenio Schirru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bianco Ceccon in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Biancanigo AFC's zone, Davide Cavaliere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Lusi came out of the goal and Davide Cavaliere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damiano Giammaria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Schirru having to interfere. Eugenio Schirru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Ceccon in the 44th minute of play.

The wind increased when Davide Cavaliere made the kick off in the second half. Davide Cavaliere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixto Salbatore during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Biancanigo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Salbatore to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Biancanigo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Chico Paulista came free, but Anthony Lusi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apocalypto's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bianco Ceccon 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Apocalypto's Daniele Di Sante got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Daniele Di Sante off the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Damiano Giammaria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Biancanigo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Damiano Giammaria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Schirru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amerigo De Palma's late challenge caught a Apocalypto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amerigo De Palma helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Amerigo De Palma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Apocalypto's goalkeeper Eugenio Schirru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renos Pantoflaras. Bianco Ceccon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eugenio Schirru came out and tried to block the shot, but Bianco Ceccon slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 73rd minute. When Apocalypto's Chico Paulista in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Biancanigo AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th minute, Emiliano Capobianco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Davide Cavaliere. Bianco Ceccon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Sixto Salbatore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apocalypto's Eugenio Schirru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Renos Pantoflarass short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Eugenio Schirru to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 89 played minutes Biancanigo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Salbatore. The crowd rose to their feet as Renos Pantoflaras kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eugenio Schirru. That made the score 0-4 in the 92 minute of play. Renos Pantoflaras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Eugenio Schirru made a huge save.
