Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Axa's Alberigo Marchetti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armando Pasquarelli during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 8 minutes, Chico Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Apocalypto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chico Paulista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Davide Cavaliere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bonifaco Ocaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Munno, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes Axa got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Manzoni. In the 26th minute, Davide Cavaliere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Chico Paulista. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chico Paulista in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifaco Ocaña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugenio Schirru made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Ernesto Baratta sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chico Paulista in the 43rd minute of play forced Axa's goalkeeper Bonifaco Ocaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bonifaco Ocaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davide Cavaliere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davide Cavaliere was the one to do the kick off. Davide Cavaliere's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bonifaco Ocaña firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Axa fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Axa's Alberigo Marchetti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Axa getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Alfonso Manzoni hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Emiliano Capobianco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The referee showed Ernesto Baratta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Axa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Baratta to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Axa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
