After 59 played minutes, Bluèrose FC's Concetto Baruffa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dario Serafini came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bluèrose FC reached it. After 63 played minutes Rock got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Di Placido. Arrigo Simonetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Rock's Filippo Ferraresi got a free kick in the 75th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Bluèrose FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Simonetti came free, but Eraldo La Marca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo La Marca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenico Rosi in the 93rd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bluèrose FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rock.
