Carmine Brillante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turo Leppilampi in the 18th minute of play forced Atletico MaStanco's goalkeeper Carmine Brillante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Gervaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Attilio Vieri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmine Brillante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Carmine Brillante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petre Baniciu in the 31st minute of play. Turo Leppilampi took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmine Brillante. Carmine Brillante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Eraldo Santone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmine Brillante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Santone in the 40th minute of play. Turo Leppilampi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Brillante having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Dario Villani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Atletico MaStanco's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Gervaso came free, but Carmine Brillante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernan Gervaso was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match, Attilio Vieri tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carmine Brillante saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 57 minutes into the match, Eraldo Santone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmine Brillante. Atletico MaStanco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eraldo Santone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. With a little luck, Atletico MaStanco's Carmine Brillante got control of the ball when Hernan Gervaso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Turo Leppilampis short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Carmine Brillante to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carmine Brillante stood somewhat misplaced when Hernan Gervaso came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 63 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turo Leppilampi in the 66th minute of play forced Atletico MaStanco's goalkeeper Carmine Brillante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernan Gervaso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carmine Brillante came out and tried to block the shot, but Hernan Gervaso slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrico Esposito in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Demetrio Scafati saved Browns from getting behind. The supporters of Browns booed when Atletico MaStanco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Giordani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Turo Leppilampi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Carmine Brillante didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Browns. In the 79th minute, Aldo Aureli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Aureli charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Aureli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Atletico MaStanco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Aureli to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Hernan Gervaso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Browns's supporters rose to their feet, but Hernan Gervaso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmine Brillante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Gaeta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carmine Brillante came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexander Gaeta slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 85th minute. Attilio Vieri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carmine Brillante read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Turo Leppilampi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Brillante having to interfere. Browns played a much better game than Atletico MaStanco and deserved their victory. The Atletico MaStanco players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
