Spectators: 8023 (Terracing: 6019, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antonio Simonetti took the kick off in the first half of the match. Claudio Muzzolon kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Dario Damiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Urbani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Di Gaetano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dario Serafini made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Arrigo Musso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Rock's Christian Vani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dario Damiani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Rock's goalkeeper Dario Serafini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide Cesarini. Dario Damiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Simonetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When crespo's Alberigo Del Giudice in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rock's goalie prevented a goal. Dario Damiani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo De Angelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Rock got a corner. crespo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Amos Alfieri ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Rock's corner Amos Alfieri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dario Damiani quite easily take care of the ball. After 31 minutes of play, crespo's Dario Di Gaetano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Serafini was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 34th minute, Dario Di Gaetano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Domenico Rosi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Serafini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Di Gaetano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Alessandro Di Florio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Serafini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Di Gaetano took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Serafini. Dario Serafini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruno Di Mascio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dario Damiani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domenico Rosi went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Domenico Rosi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dario Damiani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 71st minute crespo were awarded a corner. Arrigo Cattaneo went to the cornerflag to take it. A well done corner resulted in Alberigo Del Giudice drilling the ball in to score 4-3 behind Rock's goalkeeper. In the 75th minute, Bruno Di Mascio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The crespo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. Dario Serafini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Di Gaetano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Domenico Rosi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rock's supporters rose to their feet, but Domenico Rosi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Damiani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dario Serafini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Muzzolon in the 85th minute of play. Dario Serafini came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by crespo's Alberigo Del Giudice. But to his dismay, Alberigo Del Giudice quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3. Claudio Muzzolon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dario Di Gaetano scored 7-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Serafini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. crespo fully deserved thier win.
