Emiliano Lucente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Evangelista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, 蔡西誉 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Benevento fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 蔡西誉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Emiliano Lucente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandria's Emiliano Lucente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 蔡西誉 in the 19th minute of play. Emiliano Lucente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 蔡西誉 went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Ermanno Santarelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emiliano Lucente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Emiliano Lucente came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Benevento's 蔡西誉. But to his dismay, 蔡西誉 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Fedele Evangelista scored 0-8 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emiliano Lucente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, 蔡西誉 notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Alessandria's Emiliano Lucente. Emiliano Lucente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the match, Alessandria's goal looked a bit too open when 蔡西誉 came free, but Emiliano Lucente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 minutes, Adriano Di Gregorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alessandria and the Atletico Benevento players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adriano Di Gregorio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Atletico Benevento were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferdinando Stefano to strike the kick off in the second half. Fedele Evangelista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th minute, Atletico Benevento's Fedele Evangelista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. After a rather tough play, Atletico Benevento's Bruno Lucchetta got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, Ermanno Santarelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emiliano Lucente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. Atletico Benevento made a substitution. Ferruccio Paganelli replaced 蔡西誉. Alessandria's Emiliano Lucente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Alessandria from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Alessandria getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Adriano Di Gregorio hit a great ball. Adriano Di Gregorio kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ferruccio Paganelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Lucente was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After 78 minutes, Ferruccio Paganelli made it 0-15 with a short kick to the right side. Alessandria's Emiliano Lucente tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Alessandria defense, Ferruccio Paganelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Lucente. The Alessandria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Lucente should have stopped the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Marco Materazzi in the 87th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Alessandria's Florian Gentile. With a little luck, Alessandria's Emiliano Lucente got control of the ball when Ferruccio Paganelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Alessandria's goalkeeper Emiliano Lucente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferruccio Paganelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Gentile in the 92nd minute of play forced Atletico Benevento's goalkeeper 吴卫天 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Di Mattia kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Atletico Benevento could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alessandria throughout the match.
