After 10 minutes, Ferdinando Di Loreto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viper FC and the Civetta Calcio players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Viper FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ferdinando Di Loreto hit a great ball. After 14 minutes Civetta Calcio's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Concetto Vieri who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Cristian Vieri heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Viper FC's Parampal Paracuellos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuele Corsi in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Ferdinando Di Loreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Sacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Danza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Parampal Paracuellos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Parampal Paracuellos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Danza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ferdinando Di Loreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anthony Sacchi made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Roberto Mancini sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, Civetta Calcio's goalkeeper Anthony Sacchi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Vieri. In the 38th minute, Viper FC's Cristian Vieri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Viper FC booed when Civetta Calcio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bram Cockx didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cristian Vieri made the kick off in the second half. Bram Cockx kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Parampal Paracuellos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniele Danza's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 93rdth minute of the game Daniele Danza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viper FC's Parampal Paracuellos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Parampal Paracuellos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Danza in the 95th minute of play.
