Sbocco Rosso's Arrigo Giancola got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 6 played minutes Sbocco Rosso got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Imperiale. Damiano Battisti made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Arturo Di Girolamo sent off a good shot on target. 17 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dobromir Czeszejko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sbocco Rosso's goalkeeper Dobromir Czeszejko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sbocco Rosso's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, Arrigo Giancola notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti. Damiano Battisti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ercole Rosi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Damiano Battisti made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ercole Rosi got free with Damiano Battisti in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Sbocco Rosso's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Pinti came free, but Dobromir Czeszejko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Czeszejko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dobromir Czeszejko came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni. But to his dismay, Elia Pietrantoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With a little luck, Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti got control of the ball when Arrigo Giancola tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elia Pietrantoni made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Elia Pietrantoni dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dobromir Czeszejko, 1-2. Elia Pietrantoni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dobromir Czeszejko having to make a save. Dobromir Czeszejko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Pietrantoni in the 57th minute of play. Iosif Gherase hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Sbocco Rosso's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Pietrantoni came free, but Dobromir Czeszejko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Giancola in the 62nd minute of play. Damiano Battisti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arrigo Giancola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grant Irø during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes Eurospeed Asti got a freekick which was hit by Grant Irø. If Arturo Di Girolamo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elia Pietrantoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromir Czeszejko having to interfere. After 78 minutes of play, Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dobromir Czeszejko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sbocco Rosso's Dobromir Czeszejko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 84th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Elia Pietrantoni notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Sbocco Rosso's Dobromir Czeszejko. Dobromir Czeszejko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eurospeed Asti were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sbocco Rosso's much stronger midfield.
