After a rather tough play, Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Moretti in the 10th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Altuğ Yakup in the 15th minute of play. Damiano Battisti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Moretti in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Pinti got free with Andrés Casado in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute, Iosif Gherase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes, Aragorn's Fedele Moretti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damiano Battisti came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Eurospeed Asti's Grant Irø made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrés Casado was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Elian Müller fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aragorn's protests and gave Elian Müller a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Elian Müller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Pinti to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Aragorn's Altuğ Yakup dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Elian Müller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Battisti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Aragorn were awarded a corner. Fedele Moretti went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Pinti in the 63rd minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Elian Müller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aragorn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. In the 70th minute of the match, Altuğ Yakup got a very nice opportunity to score, but Damiano Battisti was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 75th minute Fausto Pinti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Borromeo in the 79th minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aragorn's Dario Bertoni was substituted for Tony Stark. The corner ended in Elia Pietrantoni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aragorn's Andrés Casado did a great save. 83 minutes into the match, Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fedele Moretti. The supporters of Eurospeed Asti booed when Aragorn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Blake didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aragorn's zone, Fausto Pinti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrés Casado came out of the goal and Fausto Pinti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute Christiano Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aragorn played a much better game than Eurospeed Asti and deserved their victory. The Eurospeed Asti players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
