Ferdinando Aceto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Alex Pierucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Buinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Meirelles in the 22nd minute of the match. Armando Buinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Oso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christian Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Buinton having to interfere. In the 27th minute Christian Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Buinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Alex Pierucci managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Calatafimi Segesta's Ferdinando Aceto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Calatafimi Segesta's Anthony Muzzatti got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Ferdinando Aceto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sambughe's Alex Pierucci. Alex Pierucci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Christian Clementi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A beautiful save bye Sambughe's goalie prevented a goal. Anthony Muzzatti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Pierucci having to interfere.
Anthony Muzzatti succeeded in the game's 52nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Armando Buinton successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavinho Meirelles in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Buinton saved Calatafimi Segesta from getting behind. Calatafimi Segesta's Armando Buinton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Calatafimi Segesta from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Calatafimi Segesta's Armando Buinton got control of the ball when Flavinho Meirelles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sambughe's Alex Pierucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Spione in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Calatafimi Segesta were awarded a corner. Beppe Carrea went to the cornerflag to take it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sambughe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
