Aris Salonicco FC's Biagio Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Aris Salonicco FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Aris Salonicco FC's Felice Di Ruscio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Pierucci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jörgen Sander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Biagio Polo firmly grabbed it by the left post. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aris Salonicco FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Oso in the 27th minute of play forced Aris Salonicco FC's goalkeeper Biagio Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felice Di Ruscio in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Pierucci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 29 played minutes Aris Salonicco FC got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Bevilacqua. Aris Salonicco FC's Biagio Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Aris Salonicco FC from getting a goal against them. With his leg Biagio Polo managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Sambughe's Felice Di Mario fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 42 minutes into the match, Sambughe's goal looked a bit too open when Felice Di Ruscio came free, but Alex Pierucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Pierucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felice Di Ruscio's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The audience was convinced that Leon Oso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Biagio Polo was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Aris Salonicco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Oso came free, but Biagio Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
