With an all-out effort, AZ Sidion Gravina's Fabio Raimondi threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Qi Fei, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Beppe Natalucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Sarnelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beppe Natalucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tilemachos Ifantidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. A.C.svordona's Fabio Raimondi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qi Fei in the 12th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, AZ Sidion Gravina's Qi Fei made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Raimondi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabio Raimondi was a little too slow when Arnoud Nelis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Beppe Natalucci came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by A.C.svordona's Anselmo Valente. But to his dismay, Anselmo Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qi Fei in the 27th minute of play forced A.C.svordona's goalkeeper Fabio Raimondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes A.C.svordona got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Valente. 30 minutes into the match, A.C.svordona's goalkeeper Fabio Raimondi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenz Klaßen. Fabio Raimondi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lorenz Klaßen in the 32nd minute. In the 38th minute, Tilemachos Ifantidis made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Natalucci. AZ Sidion Gravina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. AZ Sidion Gravina's Beppe Natalucci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save AZ Sidion Gravina from getting a goal against them. Karl Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabio Raimondi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beppe Natalucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonello Sarnelli's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Karl Bergkvist took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Raimondi. Fabio Raimondi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the A.C.svordona players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AZ Sidion Gravina.
