Spectators: 9219 (Terracing: 6915, Seating: 2121, VIP seats: 183) Alessandro Bertoni made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind CLC Winter's goalkeeper Franco Bosso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alessandro Bertoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Urbano Saturnin made a huge save. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Di Iulio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Urbano Saturnin made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Alessandro Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. When Joseph Asklöv came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Sao Brasola fans jumped to their feet. Dennis Berardi hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. CLC Winter's Franco Bosso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nojus Barasa in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joseph Asklöv was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ciro Zoff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLC Winter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Zoff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th minute Ciro Zoff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Saturnin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesare Punta struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Franco Bosso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sao Brasola. Urbano Saturnin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alessandro Bertoni went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Urbano Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Bertoni in the 64th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Bertoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Oroni in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urbano Saturnin saved Sao Brasola from getting behind. If Alessandro Bertoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Zoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Saturnin having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CLC Winter fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sao Brasola had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
