Jânio César made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Björn Tingelholm in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Felice a Ema U.L.'s goalkeeper Bruno Antognoni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Black Mount™'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcelinho Sergipano in the 19th minute. Jânio César took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Tingelholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and A.J. R. Hansen made a kick off. San Felice a Ema U.L.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Giovanni Garro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jânio César breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
